We want to make your returns process as simple and hassle-free as possible. If you need to return an item to Raif London, please follow the steps below and download the Raif London Returns Form to include in your parcel.

 

How to Return Your Order

1. Contact Us First
   Before sending your return, please email us at info@raiflondon.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will authorise your return and provide you with the correct return address.

2. Download the Returns Form
   Please download and print a copy of our Returns Form, fill in your details, and include it inside your return parcel. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.

3. Pack Your Items Securely
   Make sure the items are in their original condition, with all tags attached, and packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

4. Use a Tracked Postal Service
   We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to return your parcel. Retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

5. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Important Notes

• We do not currently offer exchanges.
• Certain items, such as jewellery (earrings), hosiery, and cosmetic products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Sale and clearance items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
• Unauthorised returns (items returned without prior contact) may not be processed.
