Raif London - Return Policy

At Raif London, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items should be carefully repackaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Jewellery (including earrings)
  • Accessories (such as bags and scarves)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale and clearance items

 

How to Return

  1. Email info@raiflondon.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide return instructions, including the returns address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely, including a note with your order number, name, and contact details.
  4. Use a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges associated with the return.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@raiflondon.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Important Information

  • Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Items returned without prior authorisation may not be processed.
  • Any items returned that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged (unless faulty) will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
